Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GloballSeller collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our platform. We aim to be specific about browser storage, consent, and third-party services so you can evaluate exactly what runs on the site and why.
1. How We Use Information
GloballSeller helps manufacturers discover, evaluate, and engage relevant verified buyers using public business information, user-provided context, and automated analysis tools.
We process information to deliver search results, improve verified buyer quality, support outreach and translated calling workflows, maintain account security, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and keep the platform reliable.
We may use artificial intelligence and automated systems as part of these services, but our proprietary prompts, workflows, scoring methods, and internal decision logic remain confidential.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
This may include your name, business name, email address, login credentials, billing details, product information, search inputs, outreach content, affiliate application details, support requests, and preferences you choose to save in the platform.
Information generated through your use of the service
This may include account activity, search history, saved verified buyers, campaign activity, live call session data, device or browser information, log data, and events needed for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
Information from public or third-party sources
We may process publicly available business information, such as company names, websites, business contact details, location data, product or industry descriptions, and other public business signals relevant to verified buyer discovery and verification.
3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We use a mix of first-party browser storage, third-party scripts, and similar access technologies to keep the application working, honor affiliate referrals when you use them, and, where you allow it, measure product usage.
Essential storage is always enabled because the product depends on it for sign-in, security, and saved workspace state. Optional analytics and performance measurement are disabled by default until you choose otherwise. Referral attribution for partner links is stored separately when needed to honor linked discounts, attribute commissions, and prevent abuse.
Essential account and security storage
Always on.
Used to persist authenticated sessions, complete sign-in flows, maintain account security, support logout/session recovery, and manage passkeys. This includes browser storage written by our authentication flow and session helpers. Tokens are cleared when you sign out or the session expires. A last sign-in email may remain after automatic session expiry to speed re-login, and is cleared when you sign out, use another email, or clear browser data. For passkeys, we store public-key credential metadata only; private keys and biometric/PIN data stay on your device.
Essential product preferences and workspace state
Always on.
Used to remember search form inputs, selected market mode, country preferences, active search state, cached dashboard data, and similar product state so the app remains usable across page loads. These values usually stay until replaced, reset in-product, or removed from your browser.
Optional analytics and performance measurement
Off until you consent.
Used to understand site usage, sanitized conversion events, and performance through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. Google Tag Manager loads only after you opt in and manages consented measurement tags for events such as signups, checkout starts, payment confirmations, and completed searches. Buyer details, search content, contacts, target-market inputs, and payment-card details are not included.
Affiliate referral attribution
Stored only when you use a partner referral link.
Used to remember a referral code, attribute signups and purchases to affiliate partners, honor linked discounts, and prevent duplicate commission claims. Referral storage on this browser is retained for up to 90 days from capture unless you clear it sooner.

As of June 7, 2026, we do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on the public site. If that changes, we will update this policy and the consent flow before enabling that category.
4. Processors and Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers may process data on our behalf for limited purposes such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, communications, search infrastructure, mapping, web data retrieval, and automated analysis.
| Category or provider type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Hosting, database, and authentication providers | Infrastructure, account access, storage, backups, and service security. |
| Analytics and performance providers | Consented traffic, sanitized conversion, key-event, and performance measurement. |

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as required to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, prevent misuse, or complete transactions you request.
5. Legal Basis, Retention, and Your Rights
Depending on your location, we process personal data on the basis of consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or other lawful grounds recognized under applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where relevant.
Essential account, security, and product-state storage supports the operation of the service. Optional analytics operate on the basis of consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings control on this site. Affiliate referral attribution is stored when needed to honor partner-linked discounts, attribute commissions, and prevent abuse.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account administration, billing, dispute handling, compliance, fraud prevention, security, and legitimate business recordkeeping. Retention periods may vary based on account status, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or export your information, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and request details about how your personal data is handled. We may need to retain limited information where legally required or where necessary to protect the platform and other users.
6. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encryption, access controls, logging, environment segregation, and vendor security reviews.
Because some of our infrastructure and service providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own. Where required, we take appropriate steps to support lawful cross-border processing.
Privacy Requests
For privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data rights requests, contact our privacy team and include enough detail for us to verify and process your request.
