GloballSeller is a business software platform that helps users identify, review, organize, and engage relevant verified buyers using public business information, user inputs, and automated processing tools.

The service is provided as a dynamic research and workflow utility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific commercial outcomes, or the continued availability of data from public or third-party sources.

2. Accounts, Plans, and Payments

• Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Plan limits: Access to features, usage volume, credits, and one-click actions may vary by plan. We may enforce technical limits, credit controls, and abuse protections at the account or request level.
• Billing: Paid plans and credits are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party processors.
• Cancellation: If you cancel a recurring subscription, your plan will generally remain active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.
• Refunds: Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments for completed service usage, consumed credits, or elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable.

• Probe, benchmark, overload, or stress test the service in a way intended to bypass plan limits, discover internal thresholds, or degrade platform performance.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, derive, or attempt to discover the source code, models, prompts, scoring methods, ranking logic, workflows, system architecture, or proprietary algorithms used by the platform.
• Use the service to build, train, improve, benchmark, validate, or support a competing dataset, software tool, buyer-discovery engine, or similar commercial offering.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform or its outputs except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Use the service for unlawful solicitation, harassment, fraud, deceptive practices, or unauthorized communications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or take protective technical measures if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

The GloballSeller platform, including its software, interface design, branding, documentation, workflows, system metadata, proprietary logic, ranking methods, machine-assisted processes, and related intellectual property, is owned by GloballSeller or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription or authorized usage period. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Additional legal, billing, or enterprise terms may apply where presented separately.
